Alerts
REx does not fire alerts automatically — they are created manually in TradingView using Alert Conditions.
How to Create Alerts
| 1. | Right-click the REx indicator name on your chart → Add Alert... |
| 2. | Condition — select your REx indicator from the first dropdown. |
| 3. | Second dropdown — select the specific condition (BOS Break, OB Touched, SFP, etc.). |
| 4. | Options — set to Once Per Bar Close. Conditions only fire on confirmed, closed candles. |
| 5. | Notifications — choose app, email, webhook, or SMS. |
Alert Conditions by Tier

Alert names follow the pattern: [Mode] [Direction] [Event]
Breaks — fires when a structural break is confirmed.

| MSB Bullish Break | MSB mode detected a bullish structure break |
| MSB Bearish Break | MSB mode detected a bearish structure break |
| BOS Bullish Break | BOS mode detected a bullish structure break |

OB Touched — fires the first time price wicks into an active Order Block.

MSB and BOS produce different Order Blocks — the same structural break generates a different zone depending on your Mode setting. See MSB and BOS for details.
BB Touched — fires the first time price wicks into an active Breaker Block.

+SFP (Candidate) — fires when a candidate SFP is detected. HTF bar has not yet closed to confirm it.
