#1 LOI Setup

The simplest and most frequent Wolf Setup. Price sweeps the HTF range boundary, fails to hold, and the LTF confirms the reversal. The textbook stop hunt.

LOI (Line of Interest) fires when price sweeps the HTF range high or low with an SFP, then the LTF confirms with a CHoCH.
The classic stop hunt setup — retail breakout traders get caught, price resumes the HTF trend.

Requirements

1.HTF SFP — price wicks above the range high or below the range low, then closes back inside.
2.LTF CHoCH — first opposite break on the LTF after the SFP confirms. Must align with the HTF structural direction — REx only fires the setup when the CHoCH confirms in the direction of the HTF trend.

Example

BTCUSDT 4H / 1D — bullish HTF trend. HTF SFP sweeps the range low. LTF CHoCH confirms. Price resumes bullish trend.

Best For

Entries at the boundaries of the current HTF range, in the direction of the HTF trend.
Most frequent of the four setups.

INFO

Retest mode: If you use the Retest alert timing, the alert is held until price returns to the CHoCH level. If price moves 3× the setup distance in the wrong direction first, the setup is invalidated.
